Broadway Recreation Center Facility Specifications:
Gymnasium - 96 feet by 120 feet
Side Courts - 60 feet by 96 feet
Activity Room - 40 feet by 30 feet
Maximum Capacity - 400 persons
Public Rental Fees:
Each renter must provide General Commercial Liability Insurance certificate naming MASD/BRC as Additionally Insured prior to approval.
Activity Room: $40 for the first hour / $20 for each additional hour
Gymnasium:
Full Court $80 for the first hour / $40 for each additional hour
Half Court $50 for the first hour / $24 for each additional hour
Site Supervisor: $15 per hour for after 5pm M-F and weekend rentals
Gym Floor Cover: $250
Clean up fees: $25 per hour
*if user does not leave facility clean after use (site supervisor discretion)
